Pizzaskærer

The blade makes such a clean cut through a thick sourdough crust that I barely have to press down, and the handle feels balanced in my hand the whole time. Even the cheese doesn’t drag or tear, which used to drive me nuts with my old cutter.

This thing is solid metal, not some flimsy plastic toy, and the handle fits my hand perfectly. It sliced through a thick Sicilian pie in one smooth pass without dragging the toppings.

Even the flakiest pastry crust came out with a perfectly clean cut, no dragging or tearing at all. The handle fits my hand just right, so slicing through a whole thick-crust pizza took no effort.
