That high-fired porcelain really holds up — I've put this 9" bowl through oven reheats and it comes out spotless every time. The coupe shape is perfect for tossing a big salad right at the table without anything spilling over the edge.
I’ve used this bowl nearly every day since it arrived, and the high-fired porcelain truly feels solid yet elegant on the table. The 9-inch coupe form is perfect for tossing a salad or holding a big batch of pasta, and I love that I can pop it straight from the oven to serve.
I was a bit skeptical about putting a ceramic bowl in the oven, but this one handled a baked pasta dish perfectly and came out looking spotless. The 9-inch size feels just right for a family salad or a big bowl of fruit, and the high-fired finish is honestly tougher than my old stoneware.
