I’ve been using these for my medium days and the bamboo pulp layer honestly feels way lighter than the cotton ones I used to buy. They’re thin enough that I forget I’m wearing one, but I never had a leak issue during a full workday.

Woke up with a bit of worry about my medium-flow morning, but these pads handled it without a single leak and I honestly forgot I was wearing one by lunch. The bamboo pulp core is so light and breathable that it’s become my go-to for workdays.

The surface feels noticeably softer than the cotton pads I used to buy, and it stayed put all day without any bunching or irritation. For my medium-flow days, it’s genuinely the most comfortable protection I’ve found in a long time.
