The coconut fiber texture is firm enough to power through dried oatmeal in my pots, yet I’ve used it on my nonstick pans every night this week without a single scratch. It’s also nice knowing the plant-based cellulose means I’m not tossing plastic into the landfill when they finally wear out.

I was skeptical at first, but the coconut fiber side really does scrub off baked-on grease without leaving a single scratch on my nonstick pans. Even after a week of daily use, they haven't fallen apart or started smelling, which is more than I can say for the cheap ones I used to buy.

These scrub at tough baked-on food fine, and the coconut fiber side hasn't scratched my nonstick pans at all. They do get a bit smelly if you leave them damp, but that's my fault for forgetting to wring them out.
