The broad, flat noodles hold onto broth way better than any thin ramen I've tried, and they don't turn to mush after a few minutes. Cooks up in about the same time as regular packs, but it actually feels like a real meal.

The broth clung to every ridge of these flat noodles, and I didn’t miss the old fried kind at all. It’s lighter and cleaner tasting without the MSG, and I like that I can toss it with veggies for a quick dinner. Just wish the noodles were a touch softer for my taste, but it’s a solid buy.
