I’ve used them for everything from dipping sauces to prepping minced garlic and ginger, and the 3.25-inch size is just right. They’ve also held up fine in the oven when I warmed up a small batch of baked brie at 350°F.
These little bowls have been perfect for prepping garlic and herbs before I start cooking, and they survive the dishwasher without any issue. The porcelain feels thick and sturdy for something so small, and I love that I can pop one in the oven to keep a dipping sauce warm.
I’ve had mine for three weeks now and they’ve already survived two trips through the oven at 350 without a single crack. The high-fired porcelain feels dense and smooth, and the 3.25-inch size is just right for holding a garlic clove or a spoonful of chili crisp while I cook.
