A set of silicone ice trays designed to form cubes in two sizes, suited for a range of beverages from iced tea to cocktails. Crafted from 100% food grade silicone, the flexible molds release cubes cleanly while remaining durable and BPA free. Resistant to both freezing and high heat, they may also be used for baking or portioning small preparations.
First batch of cocktails last weekend and the two sizes came in handy—big cubes for bourbon, small ones for gin and tonics. Nothing stuck, even after an hour in the freezer, and the food-grade silicone doesn't leave that weird plasticky taste on the ice.
These things pop right out thanks to the flexible silicone, and having two cube sizes in one set is perfect for switching between cocktail hour and my kids' juice. The big ones are great for iced tea, and cleanup is just a quick rinse under the tap. I've already ordered another set for my sister.
The silicone is definitely flexible and cubes pop out without a fight, which is nice. That said, the two-size tray is a bit awkward to stack in my freezer, so I end up leaving half of it empty most days.
