My dryer sheets used to leave that weird coating on my towels, but with these wool balls my laundry comes out soft and static-free without any chemical residue. Four balls handle a full load perfectly, and they’re already holding up great after a month of weekly use.

It took two loads to get the fluff factor right, but now my towels come out softer and I’ve stopped buying those wasteful sheets. The wool handles the static just fine, and four balls is the perfect number for a big load.

They do cut down on my static cling, and the fact they’re just plain wool means no weird chemical smell on my laundry. Took a few extra spins to get them fully dry the first time, but since then they’ve been working fine.
