I’ve gone through a whole bag of carrots and a butternut squash without my wrist cramping once, which is more than I can say for my old peeler. The metal body feels solid and the blade glides so smoothly you barely have to press. It’s the first time peeling sweet potatoes has actually felt quick ins

Peeling sweet potatoes used to take forever, but this Y-peeler cuts through them in well under a minute. The wide blade is noticeably more efficient than my old straight one, though I wish the handle had a bit more grip.

The wide blade glides through squash without me having to press hard, which is exactly what I wanted. Only gripe is the handle feels a bit narrow for my grip, but it’s still a solid upgrade from my old peeler.
