The balance on these handles is spot-on—they feel solid but not heavy, so peeling and slicing for an hour didn’t tire my wrist. Lead-free metal gives me peace of mind while I’m prepping dinner.
The die-cast metal handles have a nice heft that makes peeling and slicing feel more controlled, though I wish the set included a pair of tongs. Everything arrived well-packaged and the ergonomic grip fits my hand comfortably during longer prep sessions.
