The pump on this thing feels solid and actually works smoothly, unlike the cheap plastic ones that drip everywhere. I like that the stoneware body is heavy enough it doesn't tip over when I'm pushing down for soap, and refilling it is a breeze since the opening is decently wide.

I’ve had this dispenser on my kitchen counter for a few weeks now and the stoneware body keeps the pump from tipping over even with one hand. The stainless steel pump hasn’t clogged once, and refilling it with my own soap feels way less wasteful than tossing plastic bottles.

The matte white stoneware feels much heavier and more premium than the plastic pump bottles I used to buy, and the stainless steel pump dispenses smoothly without dripping. I love that I can just refill the 16oz vessel with my usual soap, so it’s already cut down on plastic waste in my kitchen.
